We do not accept returns or exchanges on our perfumes. Due to the nature of our products, once the product has been opened and/or used, we cannot accept it back into our inventory. We strongly recommend that customers try a sample of our perfumes before making a purchase, to ensure that they are satisfied with the scent. Samples can be purchased through our website or in-store. If a package arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent to you, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package.
